While our adult class is ages 12+, we have many students that range in their 20's, 30's, 40's and beyond! U.S. Yoshukai Karate of Georgia and Sensei McClarran are able to work with students of any age, any level of fitness, and adapt training to accommodate any medical conditions to allow karate that is safe, fun, and effective for everyone!
Our adult class is listed as "Intermediate and Adult" because we allow our intermediate students of all ages to attend our adult class to receive a higher level of instruction. We do have many adults in the course who are just beginning their karate journey so you won't be left behind!
